Which platforms does Woo2App support?

Woo2App supports both Android and iOS platforms.

Do I need to rebuild the app every time I update the design?

No. Woo2App supports real-time design updates. There’s no need to rebuild or republish the app after design changes.

When do I need to rebuild and republish the app?

You should rebuild and republish your app when you:

  • Change the API Key or API Password
  • Add or remove Google Fonts or custom fonts
  • Update the app icon or login/register screen images
  • Update Android/iOS app files or service account credentials
Will I lose my app design if my subscription expires?

No. Your design and data are preserved even after your subscription expires.

Will the app stop working if my subscription expires?

Yes. The app will stop functioning once the subscription ends. You can reactivate your subscription anytime to resume service.

Does Woo2App store any WooCommerce data like products, orders, or customer info?

No. Woo2App does not store, access, or process any product, order, or customer data from your WooCommerce store. We only act as a bridge between your store and your mobile app.

Does woo2app.com store my customer data, order data, payments data, or product data?

No. woo2app.com does not store or process any of this data.

Which pages can I design and manage from Woo2App?

You can design and manage the Home Page, Welcome Page, and Search & Filter Page from your Woo2App dashboard.

Can I create advanced search and filter features?

Yes. Woo2App provides several customizable elements to build advanced search and filtering capabilities for your app.

How many products are loaded per page in the app?

The product count per page is based on your WooCommerce store settings. You can configure this from your WooCommerce dashboard.

How is the store currency set in the app?

The mobile app uses the same currency configured in your WooCommerce store. No additional setup is required.

Is the mobile app multilingual?

Currently, Woo2App supports English only. Support for additional languages is under development.
